Happy Birthday Mom!!!
Tomorrow is my mom's 56th b-day! Yes thats right I said 56! She doesn't look a day over 40 does she?? I just wanted to take a minute to say what a wonderful mother I have. She is my best friend and I would just be lost without her! I have always, always, always been a mama's girl and that will never change. Avery just loves his grandma too and I don't know what he would do without her either. I hope and pray that Avery and I will have the kind of relationship that my mom and I have. And if thats too much to ask because he is a boy then I hope to have it with my daughter some day. She is such a strong woman and I look up to her and respect her for all she has done in her life. She has strengthened my testimony more then she will ever know and I love her even more for that. I am so lucky to have such an amazing woman in my life, and best of all I get to call her my mother. I love you so much mom!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!

Hey Wendy!!! What a sweet post about your mom.... I feel like I am a thousand times closer to my mom now that I am a mother myself... Weird how that works!!! Anyhow, thanks for commenting on my ladder. It has become a fun little project for me. I am SO not crafty so YES, these are so easy to make. If I can do it, anyone can!!! HAHA. There is a different set up for every month of the year and they look so cute outside.... If you want to know more, let me know???
Oh, and your last post about Avery and Paige is so cute!!! How is the potty training going???
Talk to ya later!!
I love your mom too!! I miss her! Tell her Happy Birthday from me.
Hey, how am I supposed to schedule a play date with you if you don't call me back! Where's your phone?! Okay, here are the tips for potty training. First of all, watch for signs that they are aware of what is happening. They have to be able to recognize the feeling of needing to pee or poo. If that is happening, you get a doll that wets (found one at walmart for $5). You have the doll do it on the potty. Then you have Avery "teach" the doll how. If they can teach it, they know it. There's a little more to it than that, but those are the basics. Allie watched me and at 18 months was pretending to use the potty. So I tried training her then but she wasn't ready. When she was almost two, I could tell she knew when it was coming and we had success then! Let's get together and play!
Awe, what a sweet post!
Your mom is so cute!!!
I hope to have that with my girl, but, she is so much like me I'm not sure it can happen! One can still hope!
